 This made me think that the capacitors might be broken, so I took the soldering iron again and took all capacitors out for measurements, with a simple diode-measurement I verified that the of the capacitors I soldered-out was not short-circuiting. I cannot measure 470uF and 100uF capacitors to verify they are not 'aged' so I will some capacitor meter.
 
+Also got a weird looking component with the cryptic name X1RA 1V, wondering what that will be.
